These pharmacies come from OpenStreetMap, which records where they are but rarely when they open — so YosrMed shows a status only for the few that publish one. Typical hours in Morocco are 09:00–13:00 and 15:00–20:00, shorter on Sunday, but a 30-second call is what actually saves you the trip.

Garde rotations are drawn up week by week by each region's pharmacists' syndicate, and posted at the pharmacies themselves. No Moroccan register publishes them in a form an app can read, so for most of Morocco YosrMed does not know who is on duty tonight, and it will not guess. What does work: phone a pharmacy near you — whoever answers knows who is on call, and the list is displayed at any pharmacy you can reach.
