YosrMed handles health information, and today it handles it entirely on your device. What you enter — profiles, readings, medications, vaccination records and appointments — is kept in this browser and is not sent to us or to anyone else. There is no account, no server holding your records and no sync between devices, which has two consequences worth knowing: clearing this browser's site data deletes everything, and your records do not follow you to another phone unless you export them yourself from the account panel. A few things do leave your device, and they are worth naming. Pages load their fonts from Google and, except for the offline page, a page-view counter from Plausible, so those two companies see the address you connect from; Plausible is cookieless and records anonymous aggregate visits — no device fingerprinting, no cross-site tracking, no profile of you. Opening the pharmacy map fetches map tiles from OpenFreeMap, which shows them the area you are looking at. The research page asks the US Food and Drug Administration and Europe PMC for recalls and papers while you read it. A message you send through the suggestion box, or a problem you report about a pharmacy, reaches us as an email and is not stored on this site; please leave medical details out of it, because it is not the place for them. Tapping Call, WhatsApp or Directions hands you to your phone or to Google Maps, and you leave this site. The camera reads the barcode on a box, on the device — there is no text recognition in YosrMed, no photograph is uploaded anywhere, and a prescription image never leaves your phone. If you use the pharmacy finder, a position your browser measures is used to sort pharmacies by distance and is not saved; a pin you place on the map yourself is kept in this browser so you do not have to place it again, and is removed when you clear it or delete everything. We do not sell your data and we do not share it for advertising. This page describes YosrMed as it is today; when accounts and server storage arrive it will be rewritten before they do, not after. YosrMed is a beta product, provided 'as is' and without warranty of any kind. Its data is real, not sample data: medicines come from Morocco's official registers, pharmacies from OpenStreetMap, health statistics from the WHO Global Health Observatory and recall notices from the US FDA. Guard (garde) rotations are republished from the body that sets them where one publishes them in a readable form — the Syndicat des Pharmaciens de Marrakech, and Agadir24 for Agadir and its surrounding towns — and are shown only while the week they state is current. Real does not mean complete or current — registers go out of date, roughly half the medicine catalogue has no published barcode, OpenStreetMap records where a pharmacy is but almost never when it opens, and no guard rotation is held for any city other than those two. YosrMed does not diagnose, does not tell you whether a reading is healthy, and marks nothing as normal or abnormal; it records what you enter and prints it for the doctor who can. The interaction checker covers a small number of known pairs and says so — it can tell you a combination is risky, never that one is safe. The childhood vaccination schedule was transcribed by hand from a Ministry of Health poster, which is a scanned image with no text layer, and was then read back against it line by line by a nurse; the card names that poster and its edition, because agreeing with the poster is not the same as the poster being current. Always consult a qualified doctor or pharmacist. To the maximum extent permitted by law, YosrMed's creators accept no liability for actions taken based on this site.

YosrMed aims to align with Morocco's Law 09-08 and GDPR-style data rights — access, deletion and rectification. These are not statements of intent: your account panel exports everything held about you as a readable file, edits it, and deletes every profile, reading, medication, appointment and vaccination record from the device in one action. Because nothing you enter leaves your device, there is at present no processing of health data on our side to declare to the CNDP; that changes the day accounts and server storage exist, and the filing has to come before they do rather than after. We hold no certifications and make no compliance claims beyond these commitments.

YosrMed is served over HTTPS. Your health records are not held on any server of ours, so there is no store of them for us to lose — the risk that matters is the device itself, because anyone who can unlock this phone or computer can open the app and read them, and the emergency card is deliberately readable because that is what it is for. Deleting a profile removes its readings, vaccination records and appointments rather than hiding them, and delete-everything in the account panel clears the rest. Keep a backup if these records matter to you: a browser can evict site data on its own, and iPhones do so after seven days without a visit unless the app has been added to the home screen. No system is free of risk, and we do not claim certification we do not hold: if you find a security problem, write to the address above and we will answer.
